Why is it important to focus on your mental well-being? In order to truly do this question justice let’s first focus on the power and magnitude of your mind’s responsibilities.
A person experiences a lack of confidence in areas that challenge their belief systems. Areas that they were made to believe they are not good at or are lacking in.
Often we have this misconception that self-love is about loving thyself, akin to vanity and selfishness. But, self-love means different things to different people.
Your perception of yourself matters because it dictates your actions and ultimately it is what you project onto the outside world.
